VLM Climate Control

Climate Controlled Vertical Lifts provide all the rewards of automated vertical storage with the control of temperature conditions inside the machine. The external chiller uses cold water to regulate temperature from 35°F to 104°F (2°C to 40°C) with a humidity control of less than 5%. The Vertical Lift is equipped with an insulation system and airtight picking windows as well as an air handling unit, control system and optional dehumidification unit and post-heating resistor. By controlling the temperature of goods in this compact environment, savings on energy efficiency both in cost and environmental footprint skyrocket.
